"A blessing I will love, nurture, and protect with everything I have," the text in the video read. Kai and Rere got married in an intimate garden ceremony in Alfonso, Cavite, in May 2026. They announced their pregnancy just weeks after their wedding. The couple later announced their baby's gender on Instagram on July 10, 2026, during Kai's birthday celebration.
