Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Amor graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Business in 2014. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2018.
After graduating from dental school, she packed up her Jeep, and moved across the country to beautiful sunny Arizona.
Among her professional dental affiliations, she is an active member of the Arizona Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Ascend Study Club, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
Since 2018, Dr. Amor has also been volunteering for Mission of Mercy Arizona.
On a more personal note, she is engaged to an Arizona native, Christian Spencer. They love being active; they frequently go hiking, rock climbing, and biking. Dr. Amor also loves to do yoga and play volleyball in her free time.
